James Chaddick & Associates’ unique Master and Vision Planning Process offers a prime opportunity for Municipalities, NGOs and Non Profits to explore the complex issues and unique possibilities of their subject landscape(s). These plans are conducted within a collaborative framework of Non-Profits, Government Agencies, Research and/or Educational Institutions and the Public. They must advance the landscape architectural and environmental planning professions and contribute to the public well-being.
These projects are developed to meet clients’ needs and must use advanced methods, cutting edge research and professional expertise. Master and Visioning Planning projects undertaken by James Chaddick & Associates (JCA) at the Municipal & Non Profit reduction rate are expected to satisfy the following criteria to achieve this discount:
- They must address significant issues concerning resources and the physical environment, with broad implications beyond the boundaries of the project site, and sometimes beyond the immediate concerns of the client.
- They must promise to result in significant benefits to the environment and the general public.
- There must be a demonstrated economic, environmental, public safety and/or social need.
- They should be complex, requiring the application of advanced landscape architecture and planning methods beyond those routinely used in the field.
- They must be given sufficient time and support to explore all feasible approaches and to do a complete job.
- The results must become public information.
